Watershed Conservation
After years of cultivating a variety of watershed monitoring efforts, we recently completed a 9 key element watershed plan for the Mahon and Wequiock Creek watersheds. The plan, which is approved by the Wisconsin DNR and Environmental Protection Agency, was created with community input and provides an outline for reducing excess nutrient and sediment loads of these watersheds over the next 10 years.
