Flexible Learning Opportunities

If you work under a Medicaid waiver program or Managed Care Organization and are a new or existing supervisor or team leader, you may be eligible for our free HCBS Management Training Series, which will focus on core management topics, including conflict resolution, interpersonal communication, critical thinking and operational management skills. Built to serve professionals without any post-secondary education, the series will provide flexible learning opportunities for managers to tailor their programs based on their needs.
