Topic Course

Conflict resolution is all about communication. How you and your team effectively deal with negative and difficult team members can mean the difference between having a toxic, drama-filled workplace rather than an engaging, collaborative, and productive organization. Under stress some members of a team can become negative and resistant. Successful leaders know that reducing the drama within their team depends on the understanding and ability to fostering an open dialogue and creating alignment and agreement around high-stake, emotional topics. If you can’t speak honestly with others, you can expect poor results.
