Essential Job Functions

UW-Green Bay welcomes the submission of credentials from persons interested in administrative support temporary university staff positions as they occur on campus. This posting does not apply to a specific current opening. Respondents to this posting will be included in a general administrative support temporary pool. Job duties may include general office assistance and administrative support for individual departments at UW-Green Bay.

What You'll Do

This position will provide administrative support for assigned area.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication, organizational and administrative skills

  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, Outlook)

  • Capacity to work autonomously and in a self-directed fashion

  • Detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision making

Conditions of Appointment

This is a Temporary University Staff position with no benefits. Employment may require a criminal background check. In compliance with the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act, the University does not discriminate on the basis of arrest or conviction record.
