Dr. Lora Warner is an Associate Professor and Director of the Center for Public Affairs at UW-Green Bay. She teaches in the Public Administration program and leads the Nonprofit Management Certificate, working with her students in numerous public and nonprofit organizations in the area each year on internships and service learning projects. Her research focuses on program evaluation and she teaches courses in evaluation along with nonprofit management, philanthropy, fund raising and marketing, health care policy and administration, and public policy. For almost 25 years Dr. Warner has served a wide array of public service organizations throughout Wisconsin, including the State of Wisconsin, Brown County, various United Way affiliates and foundations. Dr. Warner has also led a number of community wide studies related to quality of life.
