Finalize New Hire Paperwork

There are several important documents and forms that must be reviewed, signed, and returned to the Human Resources Department upon hire. Delaying submission of new hire paperwork will postpone access to email and other campus systems.

Please print, review, sign, and return (if you haven't already) the following documents to the Human Resources Department in CL 710.  Be sure to let your supervisor know the date these items are completed, as this information will be noted on your Onboarding Checklist. If you have any questions on the completion of the forms, please contact Human Resources at 920-465-2390.

Please log into your My UW portal to update the following information:

Form I-9 (electronic) - You will receive two emails from a email address with a subject line of University of Wisconsin-Green Bay New Hire Requirements. These emails will provide you with logon information for our electronic I-9 service provider’s website. Please follow the instructions in the email to complete page 1 of the I-9. The I-9 form contains a list of acceptable documents you will need to physically present within three business days of your first day of employment for verification of identity and work authorization.

If you haven't already, please submit the following.

  • Faculty and Academic Staff - Submit official transcripts for your highest degree.  Unofficial transcripts are acceptable if you are a University of Wisconsin-Green Bay graduate.
  • University Staff – Submit unofficial transcripts for your highest degree.
