Information Technology (IT) Service Desk

The UW-Green Bay IT Service Desk is a service of the IT User Support team. The Service Desk takes phone calls, email, and walk-ins from staff, faculty, and students who are experiencing software or hardware problems. IT Service Desk staff also provide onsite service calls to resolve problems as needed.
