Earn Your Graduate Degree
Many students continue their education in graduate school.
If you want to work as a therapist, licensed psychologist, social worker or in another profession that requires additional education, you'll need to attend grad school. For example, with a master’s degree, doctoral degree or other professional degree, our students go on to work as psychologists, substance abuse counselors, school counselors and more.
Learning Outcomes
Students gain a strong grasp of psychology by completing courses in the four main cores: Physiological/Cognitive, Social/Personality, Developmental, and Clinical. They choose additional courses to meet individual needs with the help of a psychology adviser. Furthermore, students who major in psychology learn to evaluate and conduct research, and apply what they learn in their courses to the world outside of the classroom.
