Employee Registry

Employees who have successfully completed any or all of the four required courses (First Aid and Choking, Fire Safety, Medication Administration and Standard Precautions) on or after April 1, 2010 are listed in the registry below.  For training prior to April 1, 2010, please refer to DHS 83.24 (1). Individuals who have completed a train-the-trainer course or the assisted living administrators course are also listed on this registry.  For more information about training requirements for employees, please refer to DHS Administrative Code.

Important Upcoming Update

The Wisconsin Training Registries is excited to announce that we are in the process of transitioning to new software in June 2023!  As a result, The Wisconsin Training Registries' software will be unavailable from Friday, June 16, 2023 at 5pm through Friday, June 23, 2023.  

Please plan accordingly as link requests, student online registration, canvas class registration, employee lookup, instructor and training lookup, instructor applications, instructor renewals, program applications, and program renewals will be unavailable during this time

To search the registry, please enter the first and last name of the employee being checked.  Select the correct employee by clicking on the magnifying glass next to the name.  The training will show in a separate window.  To print, click on the print button and print options will open.
