Safety, Risk and Compliance
The UW-Green Bay Safety, Risk and Compliance Operational Area (“SRC”) is committed to developing a culture where safety, health and compliance are practiced throughout all levels of the University, and to providing high quality consultation that facilitates the University’s mission of research, teaching and service.
SRC strives to foster partnerships with faculty, students, and staff to enable them to recognize risks and empower them to learn and work safely. Working with our partners to minimize injuries, illnesses, environmental impact, and regulatory risks is one of the functions of the SRC team. The SRC department continually assesses program development, information and training, consultation, and periodic reviews of practices to insure compliance with regulations and University policy.
Our pages are intended to provide information and guidance on our Risk Management programs and how the University protects and safeguards human rights provided in federal and state laws.
