The UW-Green Bay Small Business Development Center (SBDC) offers onsite customized professional development to suit the needs of your business. Whether you have a few employees to train or want to offer leadership development training for emerging leaders, the SBDC will work with you to design the training that meets your needs.

Customized Objectives and Outcomes

Together we can determine the core competencies important to achieve your business’s goals and strategic direction. Focusing on workplace competencies, communication, leadership, customer service or performance management may be a real-world objective that is a priority to your business. With customized training, each course will vary, and the topics can be delivered as stand-alone training courses or in a series over a specified period of time.
