Summer 2022

We will be keeping young minds engaged this summer with in-person and virtual youth programs, designed to inspire creativity, exploration and learning for students going into grades 2 through 12. 

Summer Scholars

Save Money. Get Ahead.

Do something for your future and distinguish yourself on your college application by taking an online college course this summer. The Summer Scholars Program gives high school students the opportunity to take a 6-week online college course while saving money on tuition. Summer Scholars is available to high school students at an area high school or homeschooled.

Aquatic Robotics

Get your feet wet in the world of Aquatic Robotics. We learn all the tricks of navigating on and under the water, powering aquatic vehicles and creating DIY controllers. Camp is for grades 6-9.

Camp Lloyd

Camp Lloyd is a week long camp for grieving children (grades 2 - 9) who have recently lost a loved one. amp is filled with fun activities such as arts and crafts, music, games and hiking.

Ongoing Virtual Camps

 

Theatre on the Bay: In Harmony

Ages: 8-Adult
Cost: $59

Brittany Welch, Creative Director for Theatre on the Bay (TOB), UW-Green Bay, Marinette Campus, will offer individualized voice lessons for amateur singers aged 8 to adult. During one-on-one sessions participants will learn best practices for vocal warm-ups and breathing exercise. They will also learn how to read music and valuable vocal techniques.

Receive (3) half-hour sessions in a week of your choosing at a cost of $59. Once registered participants will be given a link to sign-up for a daily time that works with their schedule.

Online Coding Course Pathway

Grades: 5-12
Cost: $99

Learn to code your own websites, games and programs! If you have ever wanted to develop your own website, create Minecraft mods or work with JavaScript, Java and Python, this self-paced course is for you! With UW-Green Bay and Simply Coding, you can:

• Advance through multiple levels of coding courses 
• Learn at your own pace through self-directed lessons
• Create a custom online portfolio of work
• Live-chat and screen-share instructor help Mon - Fri
• No prior coding experience required, written specifically for Ages 11+.
• 24/7 online access to all the lessons for One Full Year from date of enrollment
