About Handshake
Handshake is UW-Green Bay’s online job listing and candidate management system.
Handshake allows students and alumni the opportunity to connect with employers & organizations for post graduate jobs, internships, and on-campus & off campus student employment opportunities. Handshake also enables students to upload resumes and other documents, search for various positions, search for employers and organizations that hire college student and graduates, find career related events and job fairs, and sign up for campus interviews – all from a single software application.
Current Students
Students that are enrolled in classes will have accounts created for them in Handshake. To access your account, enter your UW-Green Bay email into the box and click "Next." You will create your own password.

Alumni
Recent graduates and alumni can register for access to Handshake. After you create your account, our staff will verify if you are a UW-Green Bay graduate and approve your account.
Alumni Login
Employers
Employers can use Handshake to list jobs and internships directly to students and alumni, register for job fairs and other events, participate in on campus recruiting to conduct interviews and search for candidates via the resume database.

Handshake Resource Library
The Resource Library is a place in Handshake where you can view university news, industry news and career search best practices.
- Click Career Center located on the top of the page.
- Click Resources.
- Browse through various items posted here and find one that interests you.
- Use the search bar to find specific resources like recorded programs, employer partners and business card templates.
