Cynthia Contreras

Cynthia serves as the Program Coordinator and Student Advisor for the Upward Bound Program. She works with students at Green Bay East and Preble High Schools. She motivates and inspires students to feel prepared for college and seek higher education. She is happy to serve students and their families with her Spanish skills.
