Gregg Halvorsen is an Adjunct Instructor/Associate Lecturer - Real Estate Principles, for the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business at UW-Green Bay. Gregg earned a B.A. degree from Ripon College with majors in Business Management and Economics. Gregg also received an M.S. degree in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis at UW-Madison. He continued his professional development completing the Graduate School of Banking at UW-Madison.
Gregg is the Vice President of Business Development at Greenleaf Wayside Bank. He has been a Commercial Loan Officer in Northeast Wisconsin for 30-years. Gregg has also taught Money and Banking at Lakeland College. He is currently a Director of the Brown County Home Builders Association and the Chairman of that organizations Apartment Committee, a member of the Asset Management Committee of NeighborWorks, Green Bay and a Director of E-Hub/Urban Hope.
