Fields of Interest:
Lauren Mauel is a Lecturer in the School of Business and School of Education in both Statistics and Mathematical Instruction. Lauren is very interested in both sports analytics and educational entrepreneurship to improve human performance. Her most recent work has been to create equitable opportunities in data science in terms of race and gender. Lauren also uses progressive instructional strategies to improve school data and outcomes. This work inspires her thesis as she works towards a doctorate.
