Priscilla Belisle (Bear Clan, Oneida Nation) was born and raised in the Oneida community (WI) and has a wealth of knowledge and a passion for serving tribal communities utilizing a foundation of cultural values and an Indigenous worldview. She teaches the FNED doctoral grant writing course drawing from nearly 10 years of experience and extensive knowledge in grant writing and grant management from her time as a Senior Grant Specialist for the Oneida Nation, and managing grant programs. She is completing her Doctorate in Teaching and Learning from the University of Minnesota – Duluth. Priscilla currently works with the Tehatiw^nakhwa Language Nest as a Project Coordinator and Curriculum Specialist.
