Rachel A. Monfils, APSW earned her Bachelor of Social Work from UWGB in 2005 and her Master of Social Work from UWGB in 2012. Rachel has had a number of roles in child welfare, mental illness, corrections, developmental disabilities, and now Adult Protective Services where she serves vulnerable adults and adults with dementia through Brown County Human Services. Rachel is a former Board Member and trainer with NAMI of Brown County. Rachel is passionate about increasing her skills and education and those of others.
