Coryl Crandall Memorial Scholarship
The life and contributions of Professor Coryl Crandall were honored by his family and friends with the establishment of this scholarship in 1978. Awards are made to students majoring in humanistic studies, communication and the arts, or an individual major program. More information can be found on the Humanities website.
Thomas E. Daniels Memorial Scholarship
Thomas E. Daniels was a professor of literature at UW-Green Bay until his death in 1980. This scholarship was created in his memory by family and friends. Recipients of this scholarship must demonstrate a record of high academic achievement and have a declared major in English or modern languages. Modern Languages Awards for Academic Excellence and Applied Language
The Modern Languages Program acknowledges the achievement of students in each language by granting the following awards, conferred at the annual Modern Languages Awards Ceremony at the end of the academic year:
- The Modern Languages Award for Academic Excellence
The Academic Excellence Award is to recognize and reward outstanding performance and academic achievement in the language. - The Modern Languages Award for Applied Language
The Applied Language Award is to recognize and reward practical and creative applications of the language.
