Online Tutoring
UWGB provides students with multiple options for receiving online tutoring services. Working with UWGB's The Learning Center and accessing NetTutor online tutoring from within any Canvas course are two great ways students can access online tutoring at no additional cost.
The Learning Center
The Learning Center (TLC) is an essential academic resource for enrolled students as they persist in earning a UWGB degree. All services are FREE and available for all campus locations.
Student tutors and Academic Success Coaches will offer a blend of on-campus face-to-face and virtual sessions via Microsoft Teams or Zoom to connect with you. Tutoring and Coaching session appointments are scheduled using Navigate Student app for mobile device or desktop. Student tutors have successfully completed the courses supported and can help you navigate the course and can share best study techniques and tips.
NetTutor
NetTutor is a new online tutoring service provided by UW-Green Bay to support students at their moment of need. Students can drop in to meet with a tutor on-demand, make an appointment to meet at their convenience, or drop off their question or paper/essay for asynchronous feedback. Students can access NetTutor by clicking the Online Tutoring link in the course navigation menu of any UWGB Canvas course. For more information on NetTutor, contact the The Learning Center at UWGB.
