Admission Requirements

To apply to the Master of Science in Health and Wellness Management program, you must submit the minimum application requirements from the Office of Graduate Studies. Select the appropriate start term below to learn more about the program specific requirements and how to apply.

International Students

This program is 100% online. International students are welcome to apply and enroll. However, you are unable to apply for an F-1 or J-1 visa based on enrollment in the program. In addition to the application materials, you will need to provide further documentation.

Because UW-Green Bay is transitioning to a new graduate application system, your application process depends on the term you plan to start. Choose your entry term below to find the right path forward. The application fee of $56 is non-refundable.

Fall 2026 Application

If you plan to begin the Master of Science in Health and Wellness Management program in Fall 2026, you’ll apply using the Universities of Wisconsin application.
