Organizational Leadership Internships

Supervised practical experience in an organization or activity appropriate to a student's career and educational interests. Internships are supervised by faculty members and require periodic student/faculty meetings. Must obtain the approval of the Organizational Leadership program coordinator or department chairperson. The internships course is repeatable for credit; it may be taken 3 times or for a total of 6 credits. Generally, internships involve about 50 hours of field work for each credit, so about 150 hours for a three-credit internship; this is about 10 hours per week during a regular semester.

“I thought I would never do anything with supply chain, but I really love it. It’s a lot of fun. Schreiber is such a great place to work for. All the interns get treated like actual employees. There’s a hands-on approach to everything.”
