Core Leadership Courses 

The fundamentals of your degree.

Core leadership courses build the foundation of your education. They are fully online and are taught in a 7-week, accelerated format so you can balance your career, your degree and your life.

Organizational Leadership Emphases

A unique feature of the organizational leadership major is the choice of an emphasis. An emphasis typically includes 4-5 courses in your desired area of focus. In this way, you can develop important cross-cutting foundational leadership competencies in your core courses while specializing in a career path through the choice of the emphasis.
