Honors Information
Recognizing Our Students
Find the students who've earned honors.
Full-time (12 graded credit hours) undergraduate students who earn a 4.0 grade point average, which represents all “A” grades, receive highest honors. High honors go to students earning 3.99 to 3.75 grade point averages. Honors are given to students earning 3.74 to 3.50 grade point averages.

Check your Email
About a month or two after the semester has concluded, students will receive an email from the dean’s office of their college notifying them that they have received academic honors.
Hometown News
The Office of Marketing and University Communication distributes a list of academic honors to hometown newspapers for publication. Students must have indicated in their student record where their hometown is.
