Request a Directory List

The institution does provide directory information by written request, for a cost of $75.00. We don’t publish our directory information so anyone making a request is sent this by request upon remittance of this processing fee. Upon receipt of payment of the fee, a list containing student directory information, will be released to you under the guidelines of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

To make a request, please email the Registrar's Office and include the following details:
  • Full Name
  • Company, Organization, Affiliation 
  • The FERPA compliance Information you like to request ex:(Names, Campus Emails, Addresses)
  • Email and Person to be invoice to
  • Email and Person to sent the list to
  • Date of when you want the list by
An invoice will be email to you. Please return the invoice along with a check or money order make payable to the University of Wisconsin Green Bay for the full amount and mail it to:

Once payment is received by the Registrar's Office, the list will be email to the recipient on the written request in an excel spreadsheet within 3-5 business days.
