Class Descriptions

 
Build and Burn 
A strength based workout that focuses on form, major muscle groups and leaves you with a better understanding of proper weightlifting. 
 
Quick Core 
15 straight minutes of core work using a variety of different exercises using upper, lower and oblique muscles.
 
Sculpt

This full-body workout incorporates moderate-intensity cardio and strength training to tone your legs, booty, arms, back, and abs! 

Tabata

Tabata is a form of HIIT (high intensity interval training) that incorporates 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. The four-minute sets are followed by a minute of rest so you will be ready to work hard again!

Triple Threat

This class includes a combination of cardio, strength and core in a fun, engaging workout that can be done from home! No equipment required.

Yoga and Sunrise Yoga

Class is designed to gradually introduce alignment and yoga postures as well as relaxation techniques. Within a flowing sequence of postures, this class focuses on alignment, balance, and concentration. Participants will increase strength and flexibility.

ZUMBA®

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in  disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
