Creating Community
& Support

We foster a culture of conscious inclusion to create community and support for women leaders.

The Schreiber Institute for Women's Leadership at UW-Green Bay seeks to fulfill critical needs in the region and contribute to a robust, more broadly engaged and representative professional workforce. Our mission is to expand transformational leadership skills as women seek career progression or transition into executive roles.

Private Gifts Drive Success

The University's fiscal stability results from the proper use of tuition income and general-purpose funds from the state which are sufficient to provide classrooms, faculty and educational infrastructure but little else.

Earned income does not provide an ample enough supply of funds for investing in new programs like the Institute. Philanthropy from individuals, foundations and corporations provide the critical margin of excellence for the Institute through donor-advised funds.
