Kelly Gonzalez has more than fifteen years of talent development experience in multiple industries. She has a master’s degree in training and organizational development from the University of Wisconsin Stout. Throughout her career, she’s held positions in all aspects of talent development including instructional design, facilitation and seven years of progressive leadership. Kelly also is the former president of the Kentuckiana chapter of the Association for Talent Development. She specializes in learning strategy, leadership development and professional growth and skill development.

Christine Jensema is a highly experienced human resources executive with over forty years’ experience in leading strategies in both the healthcare and financial services industries. Her track record reflects a commitment to a best practice approach to develop, lead and contribute to the organization’s overall goals, vision, and mission. She is known for translating business strategy into people and performance that optimizes engagement and drives business results. She has a passion for teaching, public speaking, and employee engagement / development. Her most recent role was Divisional Chief Human Resources Officer with Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS), She served as an adjunct faculty member at Silver Lake College and Lakeland University where she taught courses in human resources management and healthcare administration. She holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Marian University.

With a passion for helping others grow and develop, Katie has extensive experience creating, presenting, and facilitating leadership training to both new and existing leaders. She also possesses a strong background in HR and has worked with employees across all levels of an organization to create and implement organizational change. Katie is driven to build relationships, encourage others and guide them to self-discovery and action.

With 15+ years of recruiting and coaching top talent for global private and publicly traded companies, Jaime Schmitt brings a depth of knowledge and passion for developing and hiring top talent. Jaime has a bachelor's degree in psychology and an master's degree in business administration with a specialization in human resources. She is a trained guide through GiANT Worldwide, an emotional intelligence practitioner, a project manager and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

With more than 15 years of experience working with organizations across the country, Nicole has a true passion for seeing people for who they are and engaging with them to create change and growth. Nicole has worked with employees at every level of an organization across several industries on leadership, team development, culture integration, and transitions. She also has extensive experience interviewing and hiring talent for cultural fit.

Sheri has more than 20 years of Human Resources and organizational development experience. Most recently, she had been, focusing on implementing culture change at the Menasha Corporation. Sheri is a certified Professional in Human Resources and a Professional Coach. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is finalizing her Master’s Degree in Organizational Development.
