Courses are $99 each or $449 for the entire certificate.

Essential Courses

Become a confident and effective leader.

Led by experienced professionals, each course involves engaging discussions, interactive activities, and opportunities to reflect and apply learnings to real life scenarios. Courses are hosted live via Zoom and approximately 30 minutes of offline learning work. Courses are offered ala carte—take one or more to bolster experience and improve promotability.

Senior Organizational Learning Leader, Johnsonville

Kelly Gonzalez has more than fifteen years of talent development experience in multiple industries. She has a master’s degree in training and organizational development from the University of Wisconsin Stout. Kelly is currently the leader of organizational learning for Johnsonville, where she oversees learning strategy and career planning for the organization's nearly 4,000 members. Throughout her career, Kelly has held positions in all aspects of talent development including instructional design, facilitation and seven years of progressive leadership. Kelly also is the former president of the Kentuckiana chapter of the Association for Talent Development. She specializes in learning strategy, leadership development and professional growth and skill development.

Karen Lancelle is Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer, U.S. She joined Schreiber in 2000. Karen earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin. In the community, Karen is an active member on the Freedom House Ministries Board, the Marquette University Supply Chain Advisory Board and is also an advisory board member for the Schreiber Foods Institute for Women’s Leadership at UW-Green Bay.

She also has extensive experience interviewing and hiring talent for cultural fit.

Sheri has more than 20 years of Human Resources and organizational development experience. Most recently, she had been, focusing on implementing culture change at the Menasha Corporation. Sheri is a certified Professional in Human Resources and a Professional Coach. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is finalizing her Master’s Degree in Organizational Development.
