“I think the mock interview days are especially helpful. They're real hiring managers from well-known reputable companies in the area. It is just the least the least pressured situation. Because while they may be looking for candidates, it's not a real interview. Mock interview, right? You get the feel for what it's like. I did still feel nervous, which was good because you're gonna be nervous in an interview and it affects how you say things. So you go in, answer their interview questions. You get their immediate feedback on how you, did what you did well. And now going forward you're a name in their system. You know if they're looking for a position and you stood out well, you might be the first person they call!”
