Interview Resources

CONGRATULATIONS! You've passed the first step of the selection process and will be meeting with an employer face-to-face for an interview. Career Services offers the following resources to assist you with interviewing:

Mock Interviews

Are you nervous about the interview process? Would you like to practice answering interview questions prior to your interview? If so, you should consider scheduling an appointment to visit with one of our staff members and participate in a Mock Interview. A mock interview simulates an employment interview in which our staff will ask you questions and provide you with feedback about your responses to help you best market yourself to an employer.  To schedule a practice interview, call Career Services at (920) 465-2163.

Consider participating in Mock Interview Day. Held once each semester, Career Services invites area professionals from different industries to campus to help our students enhance their interview skills. Students sign up for a 30 minute interview slot. Each interviewer will ask typical interview questions for approximately 20 minutes, then will provide you with feedback about your performance. This is a great way to develop your skills in a no-risk setting! View our Calendar of Workshops, Fairs and Programs to see when the next Mock Interview Day will be held.
