Declaring a Major or Minor

To declare a major or minor in Communication complete the following steps:

  • Your area of emphasis  (you can indicate multiple emphases on the form)
  • Appropriate faculty advisor

5. Complete a Skills Inventory before you meet with your advisor.
6. Develop a Personal Instruction Manual.

7. Schedule an appointment with your advisor via e-mail. Your appointment can be completed via phone or in-person.
If you have any further questions, consult with the advisor that corresponds to your area of emphasis.
