Spring 2024 Student and Family Surveys
In spring 2024, all CCLC sites in Wisconsin are required to administer student and family surveys. Student and family surveys should be administered to all participants who currently participate in the program. Ideally, each site would have a 50% response rate regarding the survey. Programs can choose to print student and family surveys and administer in hard-copy or can use the links to administer surveys electronically. If a site chooses to do hard copy surveys, program staff will need to utilize the links to hand-enter the results for any hard-copy survey. Student and family surveys are due June 30, 2024.
