Reports & 990s
Each year, you — our generous supporters — prove that higher education can change lives. Your investment in the University and students makes higher education possible for so many talented achievers.
The University has experienced its seventh straight year of enrollment growth, making UW-Green Bay the fastest growing school in the UW System. Almost half of UW-Green Bay students are the first generation in their families to seek higher education.
We invite you to read about the incredible ways you have made an impact through:
- Charles Rhyner's long run of giving Natural classrooms of Cofrin Arboretum
- Dental City sparks solutions to real-world problems
- Students' hands-on research in a federal concussion study
- Q&A with alumnus Barry Melotte
Thank you for investing in students, the University and the community.

Confidence in Giving
Generous benefactors who give gifts to the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Foundation believe in higher education. It is incumbent upon the Foundation to earn each donor’s trust by ensuring gifts are acknowledged in a timely way, and the impact of your gift is demonstrated. One way that we can demonstrate this is through transparency in our financial reporting.

Investment performance is reviewed quarterly and annually in aggregate against whether the Foundation's independent portfolio managers are meeting risk and return expectations of the Finance Committee and the Board of Directors.
The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization and serves as the custodian for charitable gifts made to UW-Green Bay and assures that donor intent is honored.
