Fundraising Resources
If you're planning to fundraise, please notify UW-Green Bay Advancement to ensure coordinated donor relations. Additionally, you can request unrestricted funds from the UW-Green Bay Foundation to support your projects.
Notify Us of Fundraising
All fundraising efforts conducted by the University should be brought to the attention of the Advancement Office. To ensure seamless donor relations, it's essential that you notify UW-Green Bay Advancement of any fundraising activities. This helps avoid multiple solicitations to the same donor and ensures that gifts are processed correctly through the UW-Green Bay Foundation.
Advancement Staff
The Advancement Office is the fundraising arm of UW-Green Bay. Our team is dedicated to advancing the University’s mission through community relations and philanthropic support. We coordinate resources and work with our colleagues to develop strategic fundraising plans that support the mission and complement the overall advancement initiatives for the University.
UW-Green Bay Foundation
The UW-Green Bay Foundation furthers the mission of the University by developing and increasing opportunities for students, primarily in the areas other than those ordinarily supported by the State of Wisconsin. The Foundation engages philanthropy to solicit gifts and bequests, and to administer, use, or distribute these gifts for the benefit of UW-Green Bay and its students in the advancement of the University’s educational, charitable and scientific purpose.
Request Unrestricted Funds
The UW-Green Bay Foundation Fund for Excellence exists to support unrestricted charitable giving. Donors often state they want to give to where “it is most needed.” Given the nature of higher education, this is a moving target. The Fund for Excellence allows the Foundation staff and board of directors flexibility to support current campus needs.
