Apply for Spring 2027
If you plan to enroll as a Graduate Special Student for Spring 2027 or later, apply using GradCAS. Follow the steps below to complete your application and prepare for registration.

How to Apply for Spring 2027
Follow the steps below to complete your application. Apply early to allow time for application processing and course registration.
Step1:Start Your Application
Start your application through GradCAS, UW-Green Bay’s new graduate application system. You’ll choose your intended start term, log in or create an account, search for:
- University of Wisconsin - Green Bay
- Graduate Special Student (non-degree)
Step2Submit Official Transcripts
Request official transcripts from all colleges or universities where you earned (or will earn) a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Transcripts must be sent directly from the issuing institution
- If you attended UW-Green Bay, you don't need to request UW-Green Bay transcripts
Step3:Submit & Pay Your Application Fee
Once all required materials are submitted, you’ll complete your application by paying the application fee through GradCAS.
- Applications are reviewed only after all materials are received.
- The application fee is non‑refundable.
