Apply for Spring 2027

If you plan to enroll as a non-degree seeking (graduate special) student for Spring 2027 or later, apply using GradCAS. Follow the steps below to complete your application and prepare for registration.

Starting in Fall 2026?

Visit the Non-Degree Seeking Graduate Student admission page to find the correct application for Fall 2026.

How to Apply for Spring 2027

Follow the steps below to complete your application. Apply early to allow time for application processing and course registration. 

Step1:Start Your Application

Start your application through GradCAS, UW-Green Bay’s new graduate application system. You’ll choose your intended start term, log in or create an account. Search for and select "Graduate Special (Non-Degree Seeking)."

Step2Request Transcripts

Request official transcripts from all colleges or universities where you earned (or will earn) a bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Transcripts must be submitted directly into GradCAS from the issuing institution.
  • If you attended UW-Green Bay, you don't need to request UW-Green Bay transcripts.

Step3:Pay Your Application Fee

Then, you’ll complete your application by paying the application fee through GradCAS. The application fee is non‑refundable.
