Apply for Spring 2027

If you plan to enroll as a Graduate Special Student for Spring 2027 or later, apply using GradCAS. Follow the steps below to complete your application and prepare for registration.

Visit the Graduate Special Student admission page to find the correct application for Fall 2026.

How to Apply for Spring 2027

Follow the steps below to complete your application. Apply early to allow time for application processing and course registration. 

1Start Your Application

Start your application through GradCAS, UW-Green Bay’s new graduate application system. You’ll choose your intended start term, log in or create an account, search for:

  • University of Wisconsin - Green Bay
  • Graduate Special Student (non-degree)

2Submit Official Transcripts

Request official transcripts from all colleges or universities where you earned (or will earn) a bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Transcripts must be sent directly from the issuing institution
  • If you attended UW-Green Bay, you don't need to request UW-Green Bay transcripts

3Submit & Pay Your Application Fee

Once all required materials are submitted, you’ll complete your application by paying the application fee through GradCAS.

  • Applications are reviewed only after all materials are received.
  • The application fee is non‑refundable.
