"My education definitely played an important part in getting my current position at the Maritime Museum. The educational experiences I had while attending UWGB impressed my current boss. Without the education and educational experiences, I would not have the job I have today."

Advance Your Career

Getting a master’s degree can help broaden your options.

Some careers within our field require master’s degree to ensure you have the skills to succeed, like historians, museum archivists and librarians. History is also a popular major for students interested in law school, and you may even want to pursue a Ph.D. in history to seek a career as a professor or as a museum curator. Whatever you want to do, we can help you figure out your path.
