At least two weeks prior to the fundraiser, a registered president, vice president, or treasurer within Phoenix Connect should fill out the Event Registration form. This tells us about the event and advertises the event in which you are fundraising.

The button below will direct you to the Event Registration form. When the form asks "Is this event a fundraiser?", click "Yes" and provide information regarding your proposed fundraiser. A representative of the Student Engagement Center will review the form and reply to the sender. No fundraiser can be done without first having this form approved by the Student Engagement Center.
