Program Overview

The Nurse 1-2-1 is offered through the combined resources of the nursing programs at UW-Green Bay and Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC). The program provides an opportunity for high school graduates to earn a four-year Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) taking courses in Year 1 of the program at UW-Green Bay; Years 2 and 3 at NWTC to complete an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN); and UW-Green Bay for Year 4 to complete the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.

Students entering the program can enjoy a traditional college experience, including living on campus, and can take advantage of the high quality, nationally accredited programs at UW-Green Bay and NWTC. Program advisors at UWGB and NWTC will guide you every step of the way.

Prospective students must apply and be accepted to UW-Green Bay before they can submit a NURSE 1-2-1 Application FormA new class will begin the program each fall. The admissions application is available year-round, with the first review taking place December-January. Applicants are notified of admission decisions mid-January. Admission decisions continue until the class of 24 students is full.
