Prepping for
Change
Learn how to help people navigate change in your field.
Are you a supervisor or manager who is responsible for moving people through change at your work? In small and mid-sized workplaces, that often means playing two roles: understanding enough about why a change is happening to communicate it clearly, and having the practical skills to support a team through it. The Change Management and Workplace Agility Certificate is a six-session, live online program built for your reality.

Session Summaries
The program runs once a month on Wednesdays, January through June 2027, with three hours per session delivered live online. It aligns with the ACMP Standard for Change Management and qualifies for SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs). Each session builds toward a Change Plan, a practical document participants develop incrementally and present to the cohort in the final session. You will complete the sessions with a plan you can use immediately, not just a set of concepts.
