Disability Services

The Disability Services Office collaborates with students, instructors and staff to ensure equal educational and programmatic access for eligible students with documented disabilities. We provide students the opportunity to reach their full potential by creating academic accommodations and support services along with promoting independence and self-advocacy. Additionally, we serve as a campus and community resources on post-secondary disability issues.

New to Disability Services?

If you are a current or new student to UW-Green Bay and have a documented disability, Disability Services can help you with academic accommodations. Please click on the applicable portal (Academic or Housing accommodation) on the GB ACCESS page and sign in with your UW-Green Bay credentials, and complete the new student application. If you are uploading documentation, you will be able to do so when filling out the application. You may also submit documentation either by email ( or fax (920) 465-2191.  Once the application is complete and documentation is uploaded, Disability Services will contact you to set up an initial meeting for academic accommodations, however housing accommodations will go to a committee review and you will be informed of the decision.

Returning Students

If you have already established service with Disability Services and need to request accommodations for the upcoming semester, please click on the "Student & Notetaker" portal GB ACCESS page and sign in with your UW-Green Bay credentials.  If you have any questions, please contact the office by email at or by phone (920) 465-2841.
