UW‑Green Bay offers some of the most cost‑effective graduate education in the region (approximately 15% lower than the national public university average), combining competitive tuition with career‑focused programs designed to move you forward.
Graduate Applications
The UW-Green Bay Office of Graduate Studies accepts applications for admission through GradCAS for most programs.* To apply through GradCAS, select the appropriate semester. As application cycles for future semesters open, the links will be changed accordingly.

Some specialized programs do not use GradCAS. Apply to these specialized programs through their designated portals below:

If you have trouble creating an account, requesting transcripts or submitting materials, step-by-step instructions and support are available for the CAS Application System you are working in:
International Students
International applicants will also need to provide English proficiency, as well as a course-by-course evaluation of their transcript. For further information, refer to the international requirements page.
When Should I apply to Graduate School?
Apply as early as possible. Some programs have priority deadlines, limited cohort sizes or additional review processes that can affect admission availability. Applying early also gives you the best opportunity for admission, assistantships and financial aid consideration when available.

Previously Enrolled Graduate Students
If you were previously enrolled as a graduate student at UW–Green Bay, but have had a break in enrollment for at least one fall or spring semester, you'll need to re-apply by completing a re-apply form.

Accelerated Master's Programs (AMP)
Undergraduate Students
Accelerated Master's Programs (AMP) at UW-Green Bay are designed for students interested in pursuing a graduate degree program upon completion of their baccalaureate degree. Undergraduate students accepted into select programs may take graduate-level courses that fulfill requirements for both an undergraduate and graduate degree at UW-Green Bay.

Certificates corresponding to one of UW-Green Bay's graduate degrees are stackable and can be used to fulfill degree requirements. See the list of certificates. If you're a graduate certificate student who decides to pursue a UW-Green Bay graduate degree, you must submit an application for admittance to the degree program.
