For a sample academic plan for completing a history degree in four years, see our curriculum guide.

Note that all History majors must have an interdisciplinary minor (or double-major) and all History minors must have an interdisciplinary major to have a complete academic plan. Minors that complement the History major include (but are not limited to) Humanistic Studies, Democracy and Justice Studies, Education, Urban & Regional Studies, Business, and Arts Management. The History advisor can help you devise an academic plan that meets your needs and ambitions.
