We handle design projects, like posters, fliers, brochures, mailers, booklets, emails and web graphics as well as print purchasing. It's a good idea to submit your project request four to six weeks in advance of when the project is needed.

Marketing and University Communication is not

  • A private marketing agency. While we produce campaigns and materials that support different parts of the University, we are also in charge of enhancing and, sometimes, protecting the University’s brand. As such, there may be occasions when we cannot meet a client’s request because it is deemed as not in the best interests of the campaign or the University.
  • A large department with vast resources. The M/UC team has limited resources to serve hundreds of clients, often at the same time. Therefore, great responsibility lands on the campus client to be prepared and be clear about expectations. After agreed-upon deadlines, it will be up to the client to meet the deadlines for feedback and edit or their project will be put on hold.
  • A drive-through service. Advanced planning is the best way to ensure that your project will be delivered on time and on budget. Project turnaround depends on size, scope and University priorities.
