Safe Walks/Public Safety

If you do not feel safe walking on campus, whether it is out to your car after dark, back to your residence hall from the library, or even walking through the tunnels, University Police is here to help you.   All it takes is a simple phone call to request a safe walk with one of our sworn police officers on campus.   And while you are walking with them, you can ask about their very popular self-defense class.
