Wellbeing Resources

For health & Happiness

Get support for wellness in all aspects of your life.

An important part of your success as a student is having a good sense of wellbeing. And it’s about more than just physical and mental health—seven dimensions of wellbeing help you maintain health. We have a variety of resources to help you make informed decisions and take appropriate actions to maintain and improve your wellbeing.

Get Your Finances in Order

Money doesn't buy happiness. But it certainly helps.

Part of good wellbeing is healthy finances. With financial wellness, you can maintain the other dimensions of health—you can pay for doctor's appointments; you can see a therapist; or you can do something as simple as pay for a fun night out with friends. Our Center for Financial Wellness is here to help you manage your finances through education and resources.
