Requirements vary for each type of trainer. Consult the Wisconsin Community-Based Care and Treatment Training Registry to ensure you understand the requirements for the area(s) in which you instruct.
9 Hours - $195 Learn best practices for Medication Administration. Provides 9 of the 12 hours needed for continuing education credit hours in Medication Administration. The balance of 3 hours can be earned by taking Adult Learning Principles.
4 Hours - $75 Expand your knowledge by exploring new transmission principles. Provides 4 of the 6 hours needed for continuing education credit hours in Standard Precautions. The balance of 2 hours can be earned by taking Adult Learning Principles.
4 Hours - $75 Discover new techniques in fire safety and prevention. Provides 4 of the 6 hours needed for continuing education credit hours in Fire Safety. The balance of 2 hours can be earned by taking Adult Learning Principles.
6 Hours - $130 Gain skills necessary for responding to first aid emergencies. Provides 6 of the 6 hours needed for continuing education credit hours in First Aid & Choking. No additional continuing education hours needed.
3 Hours - $65 Become a more effective, confident and engaging instructor with practical approaches.
28 Hours - $475 Keep your knowledge up to date in all 4 core areas and Adult Learning Principles.
Once you have completed your coursework, you will need to submit an application for renewal to the Wisconsin Community-Based Care and Treatment Training Registry for each core area.
