We support and strengthen the direct care workforce by providing approved core courses and continuing education for entry-level caregivers. In addition, we collaborate with providers to develop curriculum that meets their needs and state regulations, including client group and task-specific training.

Conveniently get training to fulfill state continuing education requirements and to increase confidence and knowledge in caregiving.
Caregiver Continuing Education
Take continuing education courses in Medication Administration, Standard Precautions, Fire Safety and Emergency Procedures, Client Group (Dementia & Challenging Behaviors), Resident Rights, Prevention of Abuse, Neglect and Misappropriation, Dietary, Safe Person Transfer and more. Courses earn continuing education hours that meet DHS 83.25 and 88.04(5) state regulations.
Supplemental Caregiver Training
Take supplementary training in task-based and other important topics, such as dietary and dysphagia, preventing and overcoming burnout, dementia care, diversity, equity and inclusion for caregivers, safe person transfer and more.
