Graduation Fee
The graduation fee is used to cover academic record and security related costs including records maintenance, data storage, degree conferral, diploma production, diploma covers and associated mailing costs. All students are charged the one-time, non-refundable, $45 graduation fee once they reach 84 earned credits. Questions regarding this fee should be addressed to registrar@uwgb.edu.
When You're Ready to Graduate

When You'll Get Your Diploma
At the end of the semester in which you graduate, the Registrar’s Office will review your academic requirements to ensure you've satisfied all necessary requirements. If you have satisfied all requirements, you'll get an email with a digital download of your diploma for your records, and an official diploma will be mailed to your home address on record.
