The Greenest Hall on Campus
Designed for energy efficiency and sustainability.
The building features high-efficiency water heaters and low-flow aerators to save thousands of gallons of water each year. The residence hall features 98% high-efficiency boilers and air-cooled chiller, improved indoor air quality ventilation systems and energy-saving electrical fixtures throughout. The design also includes a connection for a solar panel system, allowing up to 32 panels.

Shared Living &
Personal Retreat
Be alone while also being together.
While the living areas are shared, we prioritize your personal space by providing each student with their own shared bedroom. This arrangement promotes both privacy and togetherness, as you have the opportunity to develop close relationships with your roommates. Each student has:
- Extra-long twin bed
- Dresser
- Desk, light & chair
- Closet
- High speed internet, Wi-Fi & streaming TV
Condon Hall Location
The four-story, nearly 100,000-square-foot shared bedroom apartment complex is located on the east side of campus.
