Transcript processing will be unavailable Thursday June 30, 2016 after 4:00pm until Tuesday, July 05, 2016 after 12:00pm for a student information system upgrade. Transcript orders can be placed/requested but will not be processed/printed or delivered until July 05, 2016. We apologize for this incovenience.
How to Order an Official and/or Unofficial Transcript
Official transcripts may be ordered three different ways:
- Via the Student Information System (Using your active User ID and password), or
- If you do not have an active SIS account please CLICK HERE to place an order on-line, or
- In Person at the GBOSS (SS 1100) kiosk.
Payment can be made with Credentials Solutions directly on-line with a credit/valid debit card or in the Bursar's office with cash, check or money order.
Questions about your transcript order not addressed via self service can be answered by Credentials Solutions customer service representatives by calling (847) 716-3005. Representatives are available Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or try self-service feature to check on order status, fix a recipient email address, etc. by clicking here.
Additional Transcript Information
Plain Paper Unofficial Transcripts: Can be ordered from the Registrar's office for a $3.00 fee. They can only be mailed via standard US Mail to students/third party recipients. Currently enrolled students can print their unofficial transcript anytime from SIS for no fee.
Orders with Holds: You can place your transcript order to "Send Now," hold for "Degree to be Posted," or hold for "Grades to be Posted." Please select the correct option. Orders are not re-sent if you ask to "Send Now," but wanted your current degree/grades transcribed before your order was completed. You will have to place a new order.
Orders with Attachments: Attachments can be faxed (920) 465- 2765, emailed email@example.com, or dropped off in the at GBOSS (Green Bay One Stop Shop, SS 1100). You are not required to bring your attachment in person to campus to complete an order.
PDF orders to self or 3rd Party Recipient: With a valid email address, an electronic PDF can be sent yourself or a 3rd party. Upon authorization and completion of payment two notices are sent to the email address/receiver. 1st notification is the link to a secure site to access the PDF document. The 2nd notice contains the access code needed to retrieve the PDF document. |Depending on your transcript's destination,
PDF File delivery may be an option. The PDF delivery charge is
applied only when sending a PDF File to a Third-Party recipient that
is not associated with a College or University. There is no charge
to send PDF File Transcripts to Colleges and Universities that
accept them, in this instance you pay only the $10.00 transcript

If any UW-Green Bay department or facility (e.g., the Library, Bursar's Office, etc.) has placed a hold on your student record, you must resolve that hold before a transcript will be released.
UW-Green Bay is a participant in the Credentials Solutions network. Some receiving Colleges and Universities have requested to only receive outgoing transcripts electronically. If this is the case regarding your order, you may only see the electronic PDF transcript option available to you when the order is placed. To ensure confidentiality and to comply with federal regulations, the student's signature release is required when ordering any transcript by mail.
